School Fees

Your child will bring home a Materials and Services Tax Invoice within the first week of term 1. Please settle this account as soon as possible. If you find it difficult to pay the fees all at once, please contact the Finance Officer at the school because arrangements can be made to pay by instalments. Payments can be made either by cash, VISA or Mastercard and QKR app. Click here for instructions.

This fee covers a range of services including student resources, the cost of technology, grounds maintenance and special projects undertaken by the Governing Council, etc.

School Card Scheme

School Card is available to families based on family income, additional financial hardship through unemployment, sickness, change in circumstances etc.  Annual application for government assistance is required and provides free stationery and other materials. (Department for Education has cut-off dates after which no late forms can be submitted)

Further detailed information and online application forms are available from the South Australian Government website www.sa.gov.au – Select Education & Learning then select Financial Support and click on School Card Scheme. Applications can be accessed via computer, tablet or mobile phone, a form can also be downloaded in .pdf format for completion.

Payments

When money is required for various educational purposes i.e. excursions, visiting performers, special events etc., payment can be made in person between8:30 to 3:15 any school day at the Front Office. Payments may be made by either cash, VISA or Mastercard. Payments can be made on the QKR app. Click here for instructions.

Children are encouraged to bring all money in envelopes clearly stating name, room number, amount and consent form if applicable.
